VCYC Camp 16-18 May
LPC Youth will join hundreds of other youth from around Victoria at VCYC (16-18 May).
It promises to be a really fun weekend for high-schoolers with lots of fun, talks, workshops, prayer, music, food and fellowship.
If you have any concerns about whether this event is suitable for your child, please chat to us before registering.
To come along, please register as follows:
1. Fill in the LPC Youth form for VCYC here.
(If you haven’t already filled in the general 2025 registration form, please do that first here. If your child is already attending, you will have filled it in already)
2. Fill in the VCYC form here and make your payment.
Here is some info you need:
- click ‘register now for VCYC’ and create an account or login.
- click ‘register now’
- choose ‘Leongatha Presbyterian’
- choose ‘Catered Registrations’
- choose ‘Camping (BYO Tent)’ – IMPORTANT: We are unable to supervise kids in other accommodation.
- Total price should be $110 (unless you add merchandise)
Other important info:
Depart: from LPC @4:00pm sharp Friday 16 May.
(you can drop off your luggage before school, just let us know)
Return: LPC about 4pm Sunday 18 May
Catering: Catering will be provided by Belgrave Heights. Make sure you tell them your dietary requirements when you register.
What to bring:
- money for dinner friday night at Fountain Gate food court
- Tent (if possible)
- portable mattress
- sleeping bag
- pillow
- towel
- toiletries
- thongs for showering
- clothing for all seasons
- shoes x2 (it can get muddy)
- Bible & pen
- optional: money for cafe & bookshop
- optional: water bottle
- optional: keep cup (cheaper hot drinks)
- optional: cards, board games, etc
